How long does it take?+
Your specialist replies within 24 hours. Once you pay and approve the design, crafting takes 1–3 weeks, and express delivery 1–10 days depending on where you are.
When do I pay?+
Only after you have approved an itemised quote. Nothing is charged for the brief, the conversation or the quote itself, and the quote holds its price for 7 days.
Can I change the design after paying?+
Yes, that is what the design step is for: you see 3D renders and the real stones, and ask for changes until you approve. Production only starts after your sign-off.
What does the carat I choose mean?+
It is a minimum. Your stone will weigh that carat or slightly more, never less. Every stone is graded D colour, VS1 clarity.
Can I return a made-to-order piece?+
It is made for you, so it is final sale. It is still covered by the lifetime warranty, and the first resize within 60 days is free. In-stock pieces have 30-day returns.
How will I know where my piece is?+
